DELIVERY DATES AND TIMES

Monday - Saturday:
All orders must be received at least 1 day in advance (by 9:00pm the day prior).
For delivery in the morning, the order must be submitted by 4:00pm the day prior.

Sunday and Public Holidays:
All orders must be received at least 2 days in advance for delivery on Sunday & Public Holidays.

If your order is urgent or you have queries on the delivery date of your order, please feel free to contact us via email or telephone. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

REQUESTS ON SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME

Flowers Delight uses a combination of store delivery drivers and courier services to have your gifts delivered. Where possible we will attempt to meet the requested delivery time, however due to the nature of the delivery services used, the exact time of delivery during peak hours cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries to commercial addresses will be made during business hours (before 5pm). Deliveries to residential addresses may be made either during or after business hours.

If you have special request for specific delivery time, please put up the request through the "Special Instructions" field provided during checkout, or write to us via email.

DELIVERY FEE

Our prices of products listed in this website are inclusive of delivery fee island-wide within Singapore.

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellation of orders, please contact us via email or telephone. A cancellation fee of $15 will apply if the order is cancelled at least 2 days before the date of delivery. A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed for cancellations made less than 2 days from the date of delivery. In the event that orders have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery, full amount of the order will be imposed.
